AlburyGDS Planning, in partnership with BuiltConsult, architects and project managers, have been commissioned by the City of Albury to review their development controls plan’s residential development guidelines. Following a first round of consultation earlier this year, the project team in collaboration with Council has prepared a Discussion Paper, which describes key issues raised during consultation and examines means of addressing them with revised development guidelines. GDS successfully received DA and a Section 4.55 approval, completed all the surveying and civil engineering including hydrology and hydraulic design, and storm water drainage, we are also the project managers and superintends for this rural cluster.

Tackling Sydney's Housing Affordability Crisis - UDIA’S Building Blocks Report
We have studied the UDIA’s latest Building Blocks report about unlocking land for housing and relieving Sydney’s housing affordability crisis. We agree that the Government can support new housing by adopting the report’s recommendations, by funding and building ‘catalytic infrastructure’, accelerating rezoning, simplifying development assessment and fast-tracking bio-certification. Halcrows Road, Cattai
From concept to completion, GDS delivering another end-end service to our clients.
GDS town planners received DA approval for 21 lots subdivision being 20 rural residential lots and 1 community association lot. Part of the project scope is also to upgrade the intersection of Halcrows Road to the private road.
We have superintendency and project management for the site. Our civil engineers will be looking after all the hydraulic and stormwater design, and our surveyors and draftsman will be assisting in the registration of the subdivision.
At this stage bulk earthworks have been completed, and all the internal roads are formed and rolled kerb has been laid.
Construction has begun!
Bulk earthworks have started in preparation for implementation of the stormwater and hydraulic and road design from our civil engineers.
Group Development Services Pty Ltd received DA approval for 11 residential lots and 2 residue lots at
6-8 Barry Road Kellyville. Our civil design team of engineers and draftsman have designed all the hydraulic, stormwater and road drainage. We will be continuing on in a superintendency and project management capacity.
